Sandra N Tapia Hernandez

Sandra N Tapia Hernandez is a highly skilled mechanical designer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Spacesuit Mechanical Designer at Axiom Space since October 2021, Sandra previously worked at Stark Solutions as a Mechanical Designer, where responsibilities included generating new model size configurations of pipe closures. Prior experiences also include a role as a Mechanical Drafter at UTEX Industries Inc., focusing on the preparation of technical drawings using SolidWorks, and as a Drafter at MOGAS Industries, creating and revising ball valve parts and assembly drawings. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston and an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from Lone Star College.
