Stephen Edge

Stephen Edge is a Benefits & Compensation Specialist at Axiom Space since November 2022, with extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits programs across various organizations. Previously, Stephen served as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Benchmark Electronics from June 2011 to December 2018, where corporate oversight included global benefit programs and US compensation administration. Prior to that, at United Space Alliance, Stephen held the roles of Director, Benefits Plan Administrator and Compensation & Benefits Manager, focusing on benefit plan design and administration for over 10,000 participants. Stephen began the career as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Rockwell Space Operations Company from November 1987 to May 1996. Stephen holds a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
