Chanel Burton, an Associate Member of CIPD and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, is currently serving as a People Officer at London's Air Ambulance Charity since December 2024. Previously, Chanel worked as an Employee Experience Lead at HelloFresh, focusing on the employee journey from onboarding to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Chanel's experience includes roles in change management at AWA, HR and recruitment at Wowcher, and as a founder of All That Flickers, a customizable candle company.
