Syam Evani

Syam Evani is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as Simulation Group Lead at Axiom Space since August 2021. In this role, Syam leads a team of approximately ten individuals in developing vehicle simulations for space station operations. Syam has a strong technical background, having previously held positions as a Senior Performance & Analysis Engineer and Systems Integration Engineer at Axiom Space, where responsibilities included developing propulsion models and drafting system requirements. Prior experience includes software systems engineering for the Orion Spacecraft at SAIC, co-op positions at Johnson Space Center, and internships with notable organizations such as Cessna and Beechcraft. Syam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and is currently pursuing a Master of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Houston.
