Henry Ordutowski

Field Application Scientist at Axion BioSystems

Henry Ordutowski has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Henry started their career as an Independent Tutor at My Sherpa, where they provided personalized guidance to students with learning difficulties. Henry then worked as a Laboratory Assistant at GE Water & Process Technologies for a brief period.

In 2014, Henry became the International President at LBK, where they held a leadership position for a year. Following this, they joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Lab Technician.

From 2016 to 2020, Henry worked at KU Leuven as a PhD Researcher in the MeBioS - Biosensors group. Henry'sresearch focused on developing novel applications for point-of-care testing through self-powered microfluidic systems. During this time, they also served as a Resident Advisor.

In 2022, Henry worked as a System Engineer at PathoFinder B.V. for a few months before joining Quanterix as a Field Applications Scientist. Henry then moved to Axion BioSystems in 2023 as a Field Application Scientist, where they are currently employed.

Throughout their career, Henry has gained experience in various scientific and technical roles, showcasing their expertise and dedication in their field.

Henry Ordutowski completed their Bachelor's degree in Bioscience Engineering at KU Leuven from 2011 to 2014. Henry then participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Faculdad de Ciencias Agrarias in Universidad de Salamanca from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Bioscience Engineering, specializing in Biosystem Engineering and Bionanotechnology, at KU Leuven from 2014 to 2016.
