Kim van Dongen

Kim van Dongen has a diverse work experience. Kim worked at Axion BioSystems as a Technical Support Specialist. Kim also worked as an Application Scientist and an Internship Trainee at the same company. During their internship, they collaborated with the Biomaterials group at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) and worked on the development and analysis of multicellular liver spheroids using live cell imaging microscopes.

Prior to Axion BioSystems, Kim worked as a Pharmaceutical Employee at Apotheek Hatert. At the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, they held various roles including Student-assistent Statistics, Education Committee (OC) Student Member, Graduation Internship in Biomaterials, and Student-Assistent Biostatistics. Kim was also a member of the Master Year Council Biomedical Engineering.

Furthermore, Kim was involved in organizing the Breakpoint Festival as part of their role at E.S.T. Fellenoord. Kim also worked at StudentsPlus as a Tutor for high school and preliminary school children and as a Recruiter for the company. At SvBMT Protagoras, they organized the Symposium Protagoras 'Robots & Doctors Join Hands' and served as the Chairman of the Sports Commission.

Kim van Dongen's education history is as follows:

From 2017 to 2021, Kim attended Eindhoven University of Technology and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.

During the same period, from 2017 to 2019, Kim also pursued a Master's degree in Regenerative Medicine and Technology at Utrecht University.

Prior to the master's degrees, from 2014 to 2017, Kim completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Medische Wetenschappen en Technologie (Biomedische Technologie) at Eindhoven University of Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Kim obtained an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in February 2021. Kim also holds a Certificate in Safety Microbiological Techniques from the same institution, acquired in an unspecified month of 2018. Furthermore, Kim obtained a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in 2017.

Before pursuing higher education, Kim earned a VWO-diploma (pre-university diploma) from Kandinsky College in 2014. Additionally, Kim obtained a Diploma in French level B2 (Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française) from Kandinsky College in 2011.
