Sarah Gullett has a diverse work experience. Sarah began their career in 2004 as a Relationship Banker at BB&T. In 2007, they became a Research Assistant at UNC Pembroke. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Laboratory Technician/Research Assistant at the University of Florida, where they were responsible for designing and performing scientific experiments, handling and culturing Streptococcus mutans, rodent handling for saliva collection, genetics/molecular biology work, PCR, reverse transcription, ligation/transformation, DNA cloning, agarose gels, northern blots, RNA gels, and primer design, and interpreting data and formatting for presentation.
