Yessica Salazar

Yessica Salazar is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Specialist Engineer at AXION Energy since August 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing plant shutdowns and ensuring quality control across piping, structures, and equipment in compliance with ASME, API, and AWS standards. Previously, Yessica worked as a mechanical engineer at SEGULA Technologies, focusing on validating project packing lists and providing engineering support for the expansion of the diesel hydrotreater plant at AXION Energy. Earlier roles include mechanical engineering positions at J&A Ingenieria C.A. and ARIADNA Ingenieria, Construccion y Sistemas C.A., where Yessica was involved in the development of engineering designs and system analyses. Yessica holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Oriente.
