Celia Gouveia is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Axios HQ since June 2024. Previously, Celia held the position of Interim VP of Customer Success at Praxis Labs and Director of Customer Success for North America and APAC at SmartRecruiters. With a strong background in customer success mentorship, Celia volunteered as a Customer Success Mentorship Coach at Catalyst Software and as a founding member and mentor in the Women in Customer Success Power Up program. At Wisq, Celia contributed significantly to the company's structure and customer experience strategies while serving as Vice President. Celia's career began at Glint, where multiple roles culminated in Vice President of Customer Success, involving leadership during LinkedIn's acquisition. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Certain, Inc. and SuccessFactors (an SAP Company), complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management and further leadership education.
