Ben Sayer started their work experience in 2010 as a Commercial Management Trainee at HSBC. Ben went on to hold various roles at HSBC, including Associate, Leveraged Portfolio Management, Business Performance Manager, and Associate Director of the Oil & Gas Sector Team. In 2016, Ben joined RBC and held positions such as Analyst, Associate, and Associate Director in the Investor & Treasury Services division. Ben'sroles at RBC included responsibilities in client coverage, business management, and digital assets product management. Ben joined Fireblocks in 2022 as the Director of Account Management for the EMEA region.

Ben Sayer has an extensive education history. Ben earned an Executive MBA with a Finance concentration from Bayes Business School, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, in 2013, they completed a Corporate Finance Certificate from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). In 2012 and 2013, they obtained a BSc in Banking Practice and Management from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. Before that, in 2011 and 2012, they earned a Professional Diploma in Banking Practice and Management from the same institution. In 2009, they obtained an MSc in Work Psychology and Business from Aston University. Ben'sundergraduate studies include a BSc in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their academic degrees, Ben Sayer holds a certification in IBM Blockchain Essentials V2, obtained in October 2021 from IBM.
