Jennifer O'Donnell

Jennifer O'Donnell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in client success and account management. Jennifer currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Client Success at Axios since July 2021 and previously served as Vice President, Client Success since April 2020. Prior to Axios, they worked at EverFi from 2014 to 2020, where they held roles such as Vice President, Account Management and Vice President, Customer Success. Before that, they worked at Simplexity as Vice President, Partner Sales & Services and Senior Director, Client Services. Jennifer also has experience at America Online as Senior Account Manager, Interactive Marketing and as an Account Manager and Account Executive in the same field. Jennifer began their career in 1996 at MKTG Services as a Media Planner & Buyer.

Jennifer O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature with a minor in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Master of Exceptional Presentations" from Baker Communications, Inc. in 2011 and "Spin Selling - Phases I & II" from Huthwaite in 2003.
