Kevin Nalette

Kevin Nalette has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of supply chain management, logistics, and program management.

From 2023, Nalette has been working at Axiota Animal Health as a Program Manager and Pipeline Development; Lactipro Supply Chain Director. In this role, they are responsible for program management, pipeline development, and the end-to-end supply chain. This includes purchasing raw materials, managing inventory, vendor relationships, and shipping and distribution of finished products. Kevin also forecasts inventory needs and production requirements, coordinates with operations and commercial teams, and tracks and evaluates key metrics related to the supply chain.

Prior to their current role, Nalette worked as an Instructor of Supply Chain Management and Logistics at The University of Oklahoma Michael F. Price College of Business from 2020. Kevin designed and instructed a graduate course called "Managing Supply Chains and Logistics in Aerospace and Defense" for the university's Executive MBA program. Kevin received positive ratings from students for their course design, knowledge, and capabilities.

From 2021 to 2022, Nalette served as the Interim Chief of Staff & Director of Community Relations at Kansas State University. In this role, they managed programs and activities for military-affiliated students and contributed to their recruitment, progression, and retention. Kevin also provided training to faculty and staff to enhance their understanding and support for military-affiliated students.

Nalette has also had a successful career in the United States Air Force, where they held various leadership roles. As the Executive Vice President from 2020 to 2021, they led a 40,000 person organization across global locations and managed a significant budget. Kevin achieved a 92% on-time delivery of the annual aircraft overhaul program and implemented continuous process improvement efforts. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management, where they guided a multi-functional team in increasing spare part stocks. Kevin was also a Research Fellow at RAND Corporation, where they conducted research on weapon system intellectual property and data rights.

Throughout their career, Nalette has demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and program management. Kevin has a strong record of achieving results, improving processes, and leading teams.

Kevin Nalette's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Kansas State University. Kevin studied Life Science and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, completing their studies in 1996. After a few years, they pursued further education and in 1998, they enrolled at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Kevin studied Airport Operations and Management, earning a Masters of Aeronautical Science in Management. Kevin completed their studies in 2005. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, Kevin attended the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS). There, they focused on Operational Art and Science and completed their Masters of Military Art and Science degree during this time.
