Dagmara Pomirska

Dagmara Pomirska has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dagmara started their career as a Product Manager (Networking) at Datrontech in 1997 and held the same role at TCH Components from 1999 to 2001. Dagmara then joined Tech Data in 2001 as a Product Manager (Networking) before transitioning to the role of Senior Business Manager/ Procurement Manager from 2006 to 2012.

In 2012, Pomirska joined Xerox as an Indirect Channel Sales Manager until 2014, when they were promoted to the position of Indirect Sales & Marketing Director. Dagmara worked at Xerox until 2018.

Currently, Pomirska is the Head of Sales Poland, Ukraine & Baltics at Axis Communications, a position they have held since December 2018. Their responsibilities include building partner channels, team management, budget planning and reporting, and developing go-to-market strategies for the B2B market. Dagmara maintains regular contact with top partners, customers, and distributors.

Dagmara Pomirska has pursued a Master of Economy degree in International Relationship (Economics & Politics) from the Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, they have also studied Management with a focus on Business Administration at the same institution.
