Gunilla Wejfeldt

Gunilla Wejfeldt has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gunilla began their career at Gambro Lundia AB in 1991, where they worked as a Development Engineer, Manager of Test and Engineering, and Manager of Continuous Engineering. Gunilla then moved on to Gas Control Equipment in 1996, where they served as an R&D Manager.

In 1998, Gunilla joined Ericsson, initially working as a Project Manager and later becoming a Manager for Accessory Maintenance. Gunilla then transitioned to Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications in 2002, where they held the position of Head of Program Management Accessories.

Gunilla joined SonyEricsson in 2005, taking on roles such as Head of Product Planning Accessories, Head of Quality Assurance PBU Accessories, and Head of Quality and Strategy Development at Companion Products. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Head of Consumer Experience Management, Customer Services at SonyEricsson.

Gunilla's next career move was to Gambro, where they worked as the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Gambro Lund.

Since 2013, Gunilla has worked at Axis Communications, starting as a Manager of Product Specialists. Gunilla then took on roles such as Director of Global Technical Services, Director of Business Development, Alliances, and Customer Services, Acting VP EMEA, and currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Customer Services, Global Sales.

In 2019, Gunilla also worked as an Impact Coach at EFL - Executive Education, where they contributed their extensive experience in executive education and program development.

- From 2017 to 2019, they attended EFL - Executive Education, where they pursued an Executive MBA-Strategic Leadership. Gunilla'sfield of study consisted of Micro Bachelor, Business Fundamentals, Business Solutions, and an International Business Project in Africa.

- In 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Business for SDG's from VATI of Sweden. Gunilla'sfield of study focused on becoming a change leader for implementing sustainability management according to SDG certified business process.

- In 2011, Gunilla Wejfeldt attended Coach Companion and obtained an ICF Professional coach certification. Gunilla'sfield of study was centered around Leadership-coaching.

- Finally, from 1986 to 1990, they studied at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they earned an MSc EE degree in Electronic Engineering.
