Dipesh Diwan

Dipesh Diwan is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in corporate operations, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Unit Manager at Axis Bank since April 2021, Dipesh manages the "AXIS – OCC Prime Fresh Acquisition Channel," overseeing a team of 3 Team Heads and 50 Digital Relationship Managers. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Manager Operations at Teleperformance India, where operational excellence was emphasized, and a Sr. Manager Operations position at iSON BPO, focused on service delivery across multiple African countries. Additional expertise was developed as Center Head at Etisal International and in management roles across various companies, including Investors Clinic, Club Mahindra, NET AMBIT, SERCO BPO, and GLOBAL SAFFRON.
