Saswata Sen

Saswata Sen has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as Channel Head at Axis Bank since September 2016, where responsibilities include establishing a channel for sourcing affluent credit cards. Previously, Saswata held the position of Zonal Head, managing affluent card sourcing through branch engagement and digital channels in several states. Prior roles include Cluster Head at Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Manager for Co-branded Cards at Standard Chartered Bank, where successful sales strategies were implemented for affluent customers. Additional experience encompasses a Sales Manager role at HDFC Bank, Senior BDE at American Express, and Relationship Officer at HSBC Global Payment. Saswata holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Bangalore University and completed SSLC at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyabhavan.
