Vigyat Bhardwaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and sales leadership across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Program Lead for the QR Code Business at Ninjacart since May 2023, Vigyat previously held the position of Program Head at Magicbricks, where notable achievements included launching a Tele-calling Sales team for Home Loans and significantly enhancing sales tracking processes. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President and Product Manager at YES BANK, where Vigyat managed retail asset profitability and introduced digital platforms for streamlined operations, as well as positions at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited and Citibank India that focused on personal loan distribution and sales performance management. Vigyat commenced a career with a foundation in engineering and holds an MBA focused on Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
