Andy Shaw

Andy Shaw serves as the Specialty Team Leader for North American Programs at AXIS Capital. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Vice President of P&C Programs at Nationwide E&S/Specialty, where responsibilities included managing various initiatives. Earlier career experiences include tenure as an Underwriting Specialist in Primary & Excess Casualty at Nationwide Insurance's E&S/Specialty Brokerage and as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance. Additionally, Andy began a career in customer service as a Member Services Representative at Arizona Central Credit Union.
