Doug Hayes

Doug Hayes has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Doug started their career in 1984 at Unum as a Sales Representative, working there until 1992. Doug then joined CNA, where they held various roles including Branch Sales Manager, Regional Vice President, and Vice President, staying with the company until 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they served as Vice President at The Hartford. Following that, they worked at Shenandoah Life as Vice President from 2006 to 2009. Doug then joined Assurant as a Regional Sales Manager, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined AXIS (AXIS Capital), where they held several positions including Vice President of Distribution & Marketing for AXIS Accident & Health, Chief Operating Officer for Ternian Insurance Group, and Head of Ternian Insurance Group. Currently, they are the Head of AXIS Group Benefits.

Doug Hayes attended Temple University from 1976 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Social Studies. Additionally, they had some education at the Aquinas Institute, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
