Erin Reavey

Erin Reavey currently serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst at AXIS Capital, a position held since December 2020, and previously worked as a Benefits Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Benefits Intern and Payroll Intern at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC from January to August 2020, as well as a Barista at Starbucks from May 2017 to December 2019. Additionally, Erin served as Customer Service Staff at Publix Super Markets from February 2014 to December 2019 and completed a Marketing and Product Distribution Internship at Lilly e Violetta in 2018. Erin holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the same institution, earned in 2019. Erin also participated in a program at the Foundation for International Education in 2018.
