Gwen Smith

Gwen Smith has extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as a Senior Business Liaison and Global Data Officer at AXIS Capital and AXIS Insurance since 2007. Prior to this, Gwen held the position of Director at Metropolitan Life from July 2000 to December 2006, leading teams responsible for the development and implementation of business and technical projects for Disability Insurance Products, as well as managing a multi-year automation project. This role involved oversight of project charters, plans, business requirements, and functional design documents, as well as strategic planning and IT portfolio management.
