Oliver Cresswell

Oliver Cresswell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Oliver began their career at Tesco PLC in 2004, where they held positions as a Licensing Executive and Licensing Manager. Oliver then transitioned into project management roles within the UK Operations Development team, where they were responsible for governing the UK Operations Plan, facilitating the cost savings program, and coaching project managers on financial principles.

In 2015, Oliver joined Sainsbury's as an Online Operations Development Manager. Oliver later became a Transformation Delivery Manager and then a Transformation Delivery Lead, leading a team to optimize the end-to-end operating model for General Merchandise and Clothing. Oliver also played a key role in the Sainsbury's Transformation Programme, identifying pain points and developing ideas to increase customer satisfaction, reduce cost to serve, and simplify processes for colleagues.

Oliver's next career move was to Hiscox in 2019, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager. Oliver then joined AXIS Capital in 2020, first as a Senior Project Manager and currently as the Project Management Team Lead.

Throughout their career, Oliver has proven to be skilled in project management, transformation, and optimizing operating models.

Oliver Cresswell studied Economics from 2001 to 2004 at the University of Southampton.
