Radhika Gordhandas

Radhika Gordhandas is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Axis Finance Limited since June 2021. Previously, Radhika held various leadership positions, including Head of Talent and Performance Management at Tata CLiQ and Lead of Human Resources at CuroCarte, where Radhika focused on building a passionate talent pool and a positive learning environment. Radhika's experience spans several notable organizations, including roles as a Talent Management Consultant and Sports Performance Psychologist for Voltas Limited and the Sports Authority of India, where Radhika coached Olympians and implemented performance management processes. Educational qualifications include an Advance Management Program from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Masters in Psychology from SNDT.
