Alex DiFiore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They started their career as a Co-Op Developer at Motorola, where they developed server-side applications. They then moved on to work at IMERYS in various leadership roles, including Market Manager and Supply Chain Leader. At McMaster-Carr, Alex participated in the Management Development Program and gained experience in operations and sales management. They also worked at Move4, a small business intelligence consulting start-up, where they contributed to strategic planning and marketing efforts. At Delta Air Lines, Alex acted as a Project Manager, overseeing a company-wide fuel savings initiative. They later joined Oxbow, where they established the IT Project Management Office and managed an Oracle implementation project. Alex then worked as a Practice Director at EIS Technologies and as the Chief Operating Officer at 3sage Consulting,LLC. Currently, Alex is the Director of Talent Enablement at Axis Group, where they ensure that consultants have the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, and support to deliver exceptional results for clients.
