Kaitlyn Casale

Kaitlyn Casale is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Axis Group since September 2014, where managing team members across regions is a primary responsibility. Previously, Kaitlyn held the role of Human Resources Coordinator, efficiently overseeing the recruiting process, post job descriptions, tracking resumes, and conducting interviews. Kaitlyn also gained early experience as an Administrative Assistant at the Fashion Institute of Technology, focusing on data research, inventory management, and general office support. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management with a specialization in Marketing from DeVry University and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Middlesex College.
