Himanshu Misra

Himanshu Misra has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Himanshu started their career at FIS as a Manager HR in 2006 and then moved to ICICI Bank as a Manager - HR in 2007. After that, they joined Citi as a Vice President - Compensation & Benefits in 2012. In 2015, they joined Axis Bank as the Head - Talent Acquisition & Rewards & HR Lead for Digital Banking and Retail Lending & Payments. Himanshu held this role until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Axis Mutual Fund.

Himanshu Misra obtained an MBA degree in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, during the period of 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCA) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, from 2001 to 2004. Himanshu also completed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Maths and Science from St. Fidelis College, Lucknow, between 1986 and 2000.
