Shawna M.

Shawna M. is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Axis Portable Air, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Shawna held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at The Kraft Group & Affiliates from December 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and programs for Gillette Stadium staff, overseeing onboarding processes, and handling payroll and benefits. Prior to that, Shawna was a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on meeting hiring goals for event day staff at Gillette Stadium and managing the recruitment process for long-term positions. Shawna began the career at Kraft Sports + Entertainment in July 2019 as a Front Office Admin, supporting multiple departments at Gillette Stadium with a range of administrative tasks. Shawna holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bunker Hill Community College and is currently pursuing further education at Central Piedmont Community College from May 2024 to August 2024.
