Carlos Elias has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions throughout their career. Carlos currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Progress Residential® since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they held roles such as Sr. Manager, Strategic Projects and Analytics, and Human Resources Manager. At Collins Aerospace, they served as the Director of HR Analytics. Carlos also gained experience at Eaton, where they worked as a Specialist in Executive Compensation and Lead Generalist in Human Resources. Their earlier career includes roles at Anheuser-Busch as an HR Intern and at The City of Cottage Grove as an HR Intern. Carlos has a strong background in providing HR services, managing teams, and developing strategic partnerships with senior leaders.
Carlos Elias earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Business from the University of Arizona from 2002 to 2006. Carlos then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008.
