Neetika Ghai

Neetika Ghai has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President - HR at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since September 2008. Neetika has held various roles within the organization, including HR Lead for Multiple Channels, Chief Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Deputy Manager, focusing on recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior to this, Neetika was a Center Manager at Beetle's International Pre School and an HR Generalist at Neurotech India, where responsibilities spanned personnel management, administration, payroll, and statutory compliance. Neetika holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and has additional qualifications from the National Institute of Information Technology and Kanoria College.
