Vanessa Green

Vanessa leads Axium Solar’s Service and O&M department. She combines her skills in analytics, with her devotion to customer assistance, to provide excellence in service. She plans, schedules and ensures execution of preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of solar arrays, from residential through utility-scale. Vanessa also works closely with OEM vendors regarding equipment maintenance and repairs to increase array optimization and asset longevity.

She is also project manager for new commercial construction projects. She oversees and directs construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all relevant goals are met in a timely fashion.

Vanessa is registered with TDLR, is OSHA 30 certified, possess her OSHA 510 certification and serves as an Axium Solar Safety Representative. Additionally, she has acquired her QPSWP3 certification. It is a dual credential as a QCIS, which qualifies her to inspect and maintain construction sites for stormwater compliance. It also qualifies her to prepare a Construction Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) in compliance with the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) permit program. Additionally, she is a member of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy, Texas Solar Energy Society and North Texas Renewable Energy Group.
