Tom Hill is a Bioinformatics Analyst at Axle Informatics since December 2021, previously holding the same position at Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. from December 2020 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Tom served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Kansas from August 2016 to December 2020, focusing on host-pathogen coevolution through genomic and bioinformatic tools. Tom's academic journey includes a PhD research position at Vetmeduni Vienna from September 2012 to July 2016, where the exploration of transposable elements and their impact on hosts was conducted. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Reading between 2009 and 2012.
