Since January 2018, Collin has been a Logistics Consultant at Axle Logistics, where expertise in identifying and implementing efficient operational strategies is utilized. Prior to this role, Collin served as the Head Grill Chef at Cherokee Country Club from October 2013 to January 2018, overseeing a dynamic a la carte dining experience that catered to around one hundred guests nightly, managing menu planning, inventory control, and labor coordination.
