Petronella Wilse

Petronella Wilse has a diverse work experience in HR and people management roles. Petronella is currently the Head of People & Culture at Axo Group since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at foodora as an HR Manager from November 2021 to August 2023 and as an HR Business Partner from April 2021 to November 2021. Petronella was also a HR Consultant at PIHR - The Future of Equal Pay from December 2020 to March 2021 and the CEO at ICHR from December 2020 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of Operations at A-hub from February 2019 to November 2020 and held leadership positions at Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning, including Consultant Manager from January 2017 to February 2019 and Talent Manager from August 2015 to December 2016. Petronella began their career as an HR-assistant at Uniflex from March 2014 to January 2015.

Petronella Wilse attended Lund University School of Economics and Management from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on Ekonomi. Prior to that, they studied at Malmö University from 2011 to 2012, specializing in Marknads och affärsjuridik, but did not complete a degree.
