In 2016, they worked as a Head Waiter at Caraway Home, where they focused on maintaining equipment and furniture, enforcing hygiene standards, and building customer relationships. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Customer Service Assistant at Shell, overseeing the forecourt and ensuring customer satisfaction while following safety policies. At Morrisons from 2019 to 2021, they excelled as a Customer Assistant, resolving complaints, identifying customer needs, and contributing to team efforts. Praveena joined Gopuff in 2021, initially as an Operations Associate and then as a Shift Lead, showcasing their ability to manage shift operations and lead a team. Praveena briefly worked at WHITBREAD RESTAURANTS LIMITED as a Professional wait staff before joining AXO Student Living in 2023 as a Sales Executive, where they maintain relationships with customers, records sales information, and represents the company at trade exhibitions.

Praveena M. began their education in 2016 at The Ursuline Academy ilford, where they pursued their A Levels. Praveena focused on subjects such as Government and Politics, Philosophy and Ethics, and Sociology during their time there, which lasted until 2018. Following this, they enrolled at St Mary's University, Twickenham in 2018 and completed a Foundation degree in Business Management by 2019.
