Sergey Ignatov

Sergey Ignatov has extensive work experience in the field of business development and sales. Sergey most recently served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Axoft JSC starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Syssoft from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for strategic and operational management of business development and the implementation of the company's product strategy.

From 2018 to 2021, Sergey worked at Axoft JSC as the Head of Sales Development and Support Department. In this role, they managed business development, vendor contracts, and the company's product portfolio. Sergey successfully ensured a significant increase in the company's turnover through the systematic attraction of new vendors and building compromise schemes of cooperation.

Before joining Axoft JSC, Sergey worked as the Distribution Development Director at RRC from 2013 to 2018. Sergey was responsible for increasing sales of computing equipment and infrastructure software in Russia and CIS countries. During their tenure, they achieved a over three-fold increase in the department's turnover and implemented effective logistics chains.

Sergey also gained experience at A11, LLC as the Head of Corporate Sales Department from 2011 to 2013, where they achieved a profit increase of 10% per month and successfully brought back major clients. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Technodesign, JSC from 2009 to 2011, where they ensured the team met set KPIs and optimized departmental work.

Sergey'searly career includes a role at Microsoft as a Regional Partner Account Manager from 2008 to 2009, where they focused on partner recruitment and increasing sales of B2B and B2C products. Sergey also worked as a Senior Sales Manager at NAU Store from 2006 to 2007.

Sergey Ignatov obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and Management from the New Informational Technologies Institute by Komsomolsk-on-Amur State Technical University from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including the Exam 533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007, Configuration, Volume Licensing Specialist, Small and Medium Organizations, and Designing, Assessing, and Optimizing Software Asset Management (SAM). These certifications were obtained between 2011 and 2017.
