Elizabeth Kooser has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Elizabeth began their career at US Bank as a Unit Manager, where they supervised a team of Customer Service Representatives. Elizabeth then moved on to State Farm Insurance, where they quickly rose to the position of Customer Response Center Assistant Director, responsible for nationwide customer service operations. Following this, they joined the St. Paul Pioneer Press as a Customer Relations Manager, overseeing customer retention and growth programs. Elizabeth then worked at Scholastic Book Fairs as an Inside Sales Manager, responsible for driving annual sales and expanding school contracts. Kooser then moved to Medtronic as a Senior Manager, where they led a team of over 100 employees and managed order processing and customer service operations. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Customer Care and Sales Operations at AxoGen, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for leading a world-class customer care team and implementing processes to measure success.
Elizabeth Kooser has a BA in Business Management from Metro State University and an AA in Retail Management from Inver Hills Community College.
