Karen Zaderej

Karen Zaderej has a wealth of experience in the medical industry. Karen served as the President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at AxoGen, Inc. starting in May 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director at AxoGen since 2010. Before joining AxoGen, they were the Chief Operating Officer at AxoGen from 2006 to 2010. Karen started their career at Ethicon in 1987, where they held various roles including Director of Marketing from 2001 to 2004, and Director of Business Development and Product Development from 1987 to 2004.

Karen Zaderej holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Karen also earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
