Kellie B. has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Kellie is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Axogen, where they are responsible for the strategic direction of the talent acquisition function. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at People Projects, LLC. Kellie also held the position of Director of US Corporate Talent Acquisition and Global TA Technology at Qurate Retail Group, where they were responsible for the strategic design and execution of the talent acquisition function for various segments of the business. Before that, Kellie worked at HSN as an Operating Vice President of Talent Acquisition and as a Director of Talent Acquisition. Kellie has also worked as an HR Manager for Talent Acquisition and Compensation at Laser Spine Institute and as a Sr. Recruiter and Compensation Analyst/HRIS at Tampa General Hospital.

Kellie B. attended the University of South Florida but did not complete a degree. Kellie then attended Baker College, where they obtained a BA in Business Admin/HR. Prior to that, Kellie B. attended Brandon High School. After high school, they attended Hillsborough Community College and earned an AA in Liberal Arts.
