Early in their career, Andres worked at Filmtex S.A.S, where they held various managerial roles, including General Sales Manager, Industrial Product Line Manager, and Operations Manager. Andres also worked as an Operations Assistant at Sinteticos S.A., where they implemented a new exports department and led the Operations and Materials Planning Department.

Andres Londono earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School, completing the program from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad EAFIT, graduating from 1995 to 1998. Andres also holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidad EAFIT, which they completed between 1986 and 1991. In addition, they obtained the Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Ford Motor Company in 2005.
