Candi Rangel

Candi Rangel currently serves as the Leaves and Accommodations Lead at Axon, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead for Leaves & Accommodations at Carvana from February 2021 to March 2023, and as a Long-Term Disability specialist at Lincoln Financial Group from January 2019 to February 2021. Candi also worked at Matrix Absence Management in Integrated STD/FMLA from December 2013 to August 2017, and began a career in the insurance field as a Licensed Insurance Agent at 21st Century Insurance from February 2011 to December 2013. Education includes attendance at Phoenix College from 2006 to 2007, and ongoing studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition since 2020.
