Dr. Scott Howland

Dr. Scott Howland currently serves as the Senior Director of Product for Real-Time Operations at Axon since February 2024. Prior to this, Dr. Howland was the Chief Product Officer at Fūsus from September 2020 to June 2024, focusing on integrating public safety and investigative assets to improve situational awareness for law enforcement. Dr. Howland also held various roles at the California Highway Patrol, culminating as Chief, where responsibilities included overseeing information technology and law enforcement operations. Earlier in their career, Dr. Howland worked in television news production at KTVU 2 News. Academically, Dr. Howland earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from the University of La Verne, along with a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from San Francisco State University.
