Jennifer Barnette is a seasoned Solutions Architect at Axon, with a diverse background in engineering and support roles across various technology companies. Jennifer's experience includes positions as a Video Systems Engineer at pureIntegration and a Customer Support Systems Engineer at L&T Technology Services and MediaKind, where responsibilities encompassed advanced troubleshooting and case ownership for media processing issues. Prior to this, Jennifer held roles at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone and Spectrum, focusing on planning, implementation, and systems engineering within video operations. Jennifer began a career in network engineering with Comcast and has accumulated significant expertise in troubleshooting and incident command for video issues. Jennifer holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute-Canton and is currently pursuing a CS50AI Certificate in Computer Science from Harvard Online.
