Jessica Thompson

Jessica Thompson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Axon since April 2024, Jessica provides support to the Research & Development Team. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of HR Director, People Experience at Meta from March 2020 to August 2023, where a strategic focus on employee experience was established, alongside the development of long-term inclusive performance programs. Jessica also has a robust background in talent acquisition, having worked as a Manager at Amazon and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Apple, and has held various HR roles across notable companies such as Electronic Arts, Harvard Law School, IKEA, and Eastern Connection. Jessica’s military experience includes service in the US Army Reserves. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Sweet Briar College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Emmanuel College.
