Jim Voutour

Jim Voutour serves as the Director of Strategic Relationships for Axon, bringing 27 years of law enforcement experience, including 11 years as Sheriff of Niagara County. Voutour owns Blue50Tech LLC, specializing in law enforcement consulting. Previously, Voutour held several positions at the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, progressing from Police Officer to Sheriff, with a leadership role overseeing 350 employees and a $40 million budget. Voutour began the law enforcement career as a Patrolman at the Jamestown Police Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Niagara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the College at Brockport, NY.
