Julia M. Boyle

Julia M. Boyle currently serves as Chief of Staff in People Operations at Axon, a position held since May 2020. In this role, Julia focuses on supporting over 600 employees across the Finance and Sales organizations with various HR functions, including Talent and Performance Management and Succession Planning. Prior to Axon, Julia worked at thredUP in multiple HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner for a 450+ employee warehouse and HR Generalist. Julia's experience also includes a stint as a Technical Recruiter at thredUP and as a Researcher and Sourcer at JM Search. Julia began their career with internships at InstaMed, Princeton University, and Jane Consignment, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Princeton University.
