Phuong Duong

Wendy Duong has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Operations at Axon. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of People Operations at Fossil Vietnam. Phuong (Wendy) also held various HR roles at Fossil Group, Inc., including HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Executive. Wendy gained operations experience as an Operations Supervisor at Fossil Group, Inc. and as an Operations Associate at Misfit Wearables. Additionally, they worked as a Finance Assistant intern at P.M Phuoc Minh Engineering Company Ltd. and as a Bank Teller intern at Dong A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Phuong (Wendy) Duong has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Banking University of Ho Chi Minh city. Additionally, Phuong has obtained certifications in "Digital U: Growth Mindset" from Fossil Group, Inc. and "Strategic HR Business Partner" from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
