Eugene Sychevskiy

Eugene Sychevskiy has an extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Eugene started their career as a Human Resources (HR) Generalist at Richards Manufacturing Company in 2010 and provided clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Manager. Eugene also compiled and maintained personnel records for each employee.

In 2012, Eugene joined Capital Printing Corporation as a Relationship Manager. Eugene monitored competition, resolved customer complaints, and maintained a high customer service approval rating.

Following that, Eugene returned to Richards Manufacturing Company in 2014 and took on the role of Recruiter, Technology. Eugene processed applicant and candidate paperwork, sourced for various technical skills, and ensured compliance with employment standards.

In 2016, Eugene transitioned to the role of Senior Recruiter - Infrastructure and Engineering at Richards Manufacturing Company. Eugene executed full-cycle recruiting, achieved a high offer acceptance rate, and implemented HR programs from scratch.

In 2017, Eugene joined Mitchell Martin Inc. as a Senior Recruiter, Technology. Eugene analyzed client requirements, sourced qualified technical candidates, and formed strategic partnerships with senior management to determine staffing needs.

In 2018, Eugene became the Lead Recruiter, Technology at Principal Financial Group. Eugene led recruiting efforts for a fintech organization, ensured strong employee engagement and culture during a period of hypergrowth, and received high employee satisfaction scores.

Eugene then joined The Meet Group in 2019 as a Recruiting Manager. Eugene sourced, screened, and hired candidates across various roles, continuously educated hiring managers on best practices, and utilized technology and personal touch in the recruitment process. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Recruiting.

Currently, Eugene is the Head of Recruiting at Axoni, where they are part of a diverse team focused on building next-generation capital markets technology.

Throughout their career, Eugene has gained experience in various aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, training, and managing client relationships.

Eugene Sychevskiy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Kean University from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the same institution from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Eugene obtained several certifications, including Diversity Recruiting, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter (2017), and Using Neuroscience for More Effective L&D, all from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in January 2020.
