Gitika T.

Gitika T. has extensive work experience in the software development and engineering field. Gitika is currently the Director of Engineering at Axoni, a position they have held since December 2022.

Prior to their current role, Gitika worked at Fiserv, where they held various positions from 2012 to 2022. Gitika started as a Software Developer and eventually became a Team Lead. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a FinTech Manager, where they were responsible for creating innovative solutions to enhance digitalization in the payments industry. Gitika'sresponsibilities included working with financial institutions worldwide, managing the development of new features, compliance work, and customized solutions. Gitika also oversaw the execution of new clearings to enter new markets and regions, as well as next-generation money movement solutions. Gitika delivered On-Prem, ASP, and Hosted solutions for clients during their time at Fiserv.

Prior to Fiserv, Gitika worked as a Software Developer at NCS Technologies from 2007 to 2012.

Gitika T. completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in BCom (Honors), from Shri Ram College of Commerce between 1996 and 1999. Gitika then pursued a Masters in Commerce from Delhi School of Economics from 1999 to 2001. In 2001 and 2002, they attended the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, where they studied Business Management. Additionally, Gitika T. obtained certifications in "Product Management For Engineers" from Cornell University in August 2020 and "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute.
