Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain PhD is a Senior Project Manager at Axonics, Inc. since October 2022, with a robust background in biomedical engineering and research management. Previously, Gaurav served as the R&D Manager at SigmaGraft, Inc., where leadership of the R&D team resulted in the development of bone regenerative products and the successful navigation of 510(k) regulatory approval for Class II medical implant devices. With experience as a Senior Research Scientist at PreScouter, Inc. and a Senior Research Associate at Chapman University, Gaurav has conducted significant research on biomaterials and consumer healthcare products. Additional roles include postdoctoral research at New York University, where investigations focused on biomineralized structures, and graduate assistantships at Virginia Tech and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, addressing cellular migration and collagen secretion dynamics. Gaurav holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BTech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
