Reyna Ferretti, MBA, serves as the Director of Customer Service at Axonics, Inc. since June 2019, bringing over a decade of experience from Bausch + Lomb, where Reyna held various positions including Manager of Customer Advocates, Senior Contracts & Compliance Analyst, Contracts & Compliance Analyst, and Billing, Returns & Complaints Specialist. In these roles, Reyna demonstrated strong leadership in managing customer service teams, optimizing trade show efficiencies, implementing training programs, and enhancing process improvements across departmental functions.
